PRODUCT RETURN GUIDELINES
Dear Valued Customer,
AandD Net Enterprises, Inc. is committed to excellence in
all we do. This commitment especially applies to customer
service.
Unfortunately, there will be situations where orders may
be inaccurate, incomplete, or damaged. We also realize
that, for whatever reason, products may fail to meet your
expectations. That is why we have developed the following
guidelines for returning products/orders to A and D Net
Enterprises, Inc.
Damaged Products:
If you receive a product from A and D Net Enterprises,
Inc. that is damaged, you may return the product within 30
days for a full refund. A and D Net Enterprises, Inc. will
also reimburse you for the return postage (media mail
only). Once we receive the damaged product, we will
immediately send a replacement to you at no additional
charge.
Incomplete/Inaccurate Orders:
If the order you receive from A and D Net Enterprises,
Inc. is incomplete or contains products you did not order,
please call us immediately at 1-866-735-5871. If your
order is incomplete, we will send the missing product to
you as quickly as possible. If your order contains
inaccurate products, they should be returned to us in
sellable condition within 30 days to receive a full
refund. A and D Net Enterprises,Inc. will reimburse you
for the return postage (media mail rates only).
Package Delivery:
Please note that if you have chosen UPS shipping, it is
trackable and has a guaranteed delivery date. If you have
chosen USPS Media Mail as the shipment option, there is no
tracking available. This is the most cost efficient method
of shipping, and in most cases, your package will arrive
in one to two weeks. However, the postal service has no
time requirements on when they choose to deliver Media
Mail shipments, so it could take up to four weeks. If your
order was packaged in more than one box, they may or may
not arrive on the same day. For Media Mail shipments, A
and D Net Enterprises, Inc. cannot reship a “lost” or
“incomplete” order until 30 days from the date your order
was shipped have elapsed.
Returns Due to Dissatisfaction:
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your
purchase, you may return your order within 30 days for a
full refund. Products must be returned in sellable
condition within this time period to receive the refund.
In this instance, the customer is responsible for the cost
of the return postage. NOTE: Audio/Visual media may only
be returned for exchange if defective or damaged. No
refunds will be given on Audio/Visual products.
